A clinical case of the 25 year old male patient coming to my clinic complaining of the bleeding gums as well foul smell in the Lehman language with compromised anterior upper front teeth treated 5 years ago with the history of the accidental trauma and patients chief requirement was aesthetics with healthy gums.
on the first visit the old bridge was removed and the surprisingly the teeth were in very poor condition with loss of the remaining tooth structure with fracturing tendency.
